Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon Review: Is It Worth Joining?

I had been using the Cult gym in Sector 56, Gurgaon, and my biggest problem there was simple: it could get crowded. When a newer Cult Gym opened in Sector 57, close to the Golf Course Road side where I live, I wanted to see whether switching branches would actually make my workouts easier.

I visited Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon on a Sunday and recorded a complete walk-through. That timing matters. A Sunday session can look quieter than a weekday evening, so I would not use one visit to promise that this branch is always peaceful. What I can show clearly is the layout, the equipment visible during my visit, the membership board at reception, and the practical differences I noticed as someone already familiar with the Sector 56 branch.

My quick verdict on Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon

Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon looked like a practical option for strength training and cardio during my visit. The floor had dumbbell racks, adjustable benches, resistance machines, treadmills, other cardio equipment, free-weight plates and a dedicated lifting platform. It also felt less crowded than the Sector 56 branch I had been using.

Still, I would not join only because a Sunday video looks comfortable. Visit at the exact time you normally train. If your regular slot is 7 pm on a weekday, inspect it at 7 pm on a weekday. Equipment is only useful when you can actually get to it without waiting through half your session.

Why I checked this branch instead of staying with Sector 56

I was not looking for a gym from scratch. I already went to Cult in Sector 56, which gave me a useful comparison point. My issue was the crowd. A busy gym can make a straightforward workout drag because the bench you need is occupied, the dumbbells are scattered around, or you have to keep changing the order of your exercises.

Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon caught my attention because it was new and reasonably close to my side of Gurgaon. I wanted to answer two practical questions. Does the branch have the equipment I need, and does the space feel manageable enough to train without constant interruption?

That is also the right way to read this review. This is a first-hand walk-through from one Sunday visit, not a claim that every hour and every day will feel the same.

Where is Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon?

Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon is listed near Hong Kong Bazaar Road, UG 14, Block F, Sushant Lok 2, Sector 57, Gurugram, Haryana 122011. You can open the verified map location before leaving and check the route from your home or office.

Do not judge convenience only by distance in kilometres. Gurgaon traffic can change the usefulness of a membership. Try the route during your real workout window, check where you can safely stop or park, and see how long the door-to-door trip takes. I did not verify a dedicated parking arrangement during this visit, so I am not claiming one here.

First impression inside the gym

At Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon, the reception area opens directly toward the workout floor, which made it easy to understand the space quickly. I could see strength equipment beyond the desk instead of walking through several separate rooms. The black Cult branding, bright lighting and grey flooring gave the branch a clean, familiar look.

It was not empty, but the room did not feel packed during my recording. A few people were training, and I could move through the gym to film the equipment. Again, this was Sunday. That is a useful observation, not a crowd guarantee.

The dumbbell and bench area

The dumbbell section was one of the clearest parts of the floor. Long racks held a broad run of dumbbells, with several benches positioned nearby. In the same view I could see cable or resistance machines, mirrors and open paths between stations.

For the kind of workout where I move between presses, rows, shoulder work and smaller accessory exercises, this setup makes sense. Multiple benches matter more than decorative interiors. If one bench is occupied, another can keep the session moving. The video also shows enough open floor to understand how close the stations sit to each other.

My reservation is the same one I would have at any commercial gym: a quiet walk-through cannot prove availability during peak hours. Count the benches and compare that number with the number of people training when you visit. That tells you more than a polished sales tour.

What the cardio section looked like

At Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon, the cardio zone had a row of treadmills near the windows, plus other cardio machines visible toward the side. Natural light reached this part of the floor, and the machines were arranged in a straight, easy-to-read line rather than squeezed into separate corners.

If your session starts with a short treadmill warm-up, the section appears convenient. If cardio is your main workout, test the machine you actually prefer. A photo showing several treadmills does not confirm their current maintenance condition, resistance settings, screen functions or availability at your usual hour.

I did not run a machine-by-machine technical test. My evidence is the physical setup captured during the visit, and I would rather keep that boundary clear than turn a walk-through into claims the footage does not support.

Strength machines and the main workout floor

Moving farther into Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon, I saw plate-loaded equipment, benches, cable stations and weight plates in several colours. The layout gives lifters more than one type of training option. You can work with dumbbells, use machines or move to a barbell station depending on the session.

The floor looked orderly during my visit. Equipment was visible from the central paths, which helps when you are planning the next exercise. I also liked that the room did not appear divided into tiny, awkward compartments. You can see where the main strength stations are.

There is a trade-off. A connected open floor feels convenient when the gym is quiet, but sound and movement can carry across the room when it gets busy. Anyone who dislikes crowded shared spaces should still run that weekday peak-hour test before paying.

The lifting platform was a useful detail

A dedicated wooden lifting platform with a barbell and weight plates stood in front of a large mirror. For people who include deadlifts or other barbell work, that is more useful than trying to claim a random strip of floor between machines.

The platform also gives you a clear place to check form in the mirror and load plates without blocking a cable station. It is a small feature compared with the whole gym, but it can strongly affect the experience of someone whose programme is built around compound lifts.

I did not verify whether the branch has rules for dropping weights, chalk use or long platform sessions. Ask the staff about those details if they matter to your training.

Membership prices shown during my visit

The board at reception was dated 29 March 2026. It displayed Cult Pass Elite Plus at ₹21,380 and Cult Pass Elite at ₹19,490. Those were the figures visible on that visit-day offer board. They are not a current price quote, and plans, taxes, discounts, durations or eligibility can change.

Before paying, check the Cult app with your location set correctly and confirm which centres your chosen pass includes. Cult’s own support guidance directs members to use the app for the current list of eligible centres and gyms. If you are switching from Sector 56, do not assume every plan automatically covers every branch.

Ask for the full payable amount and the exact validity period in writing. Also check pause rules, transfer rules and any joining conditions that matter to you. A big discount headline is less useful than a plan you can actually use consistently.

What I could not verify

This visit and the supplied footage do not give reliable evidence for opening hours, personal-training charges, trainer availability, locker access, shower facilities, parking terms, current membership prices or how crowded the branch becomes throughout the week. I have intentionally left those points unclaimed.

That may sound cautious, but gym information changes quickly. Staff schedules change. Offers end. Machines can be moved or serviced. A useful review should separate what was actually seen from what still needs a fresh check.

Who should consider this branch?

Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon looks most relevant for people living around Sector 57, Sushant Lok 2, Hong Kong Bazaar Road or the nearby Golf Course Road side who want both cardio and strength equipment in one branch. It may also suit current Cult members who find their existing location too busy and have a pass that allows them to switch.

People who train mainly with dumbbells, benches, machines and barbell basics can see the relevant equipment in the original photos and video. If your programme needs a specialised machine, a particular rack setup, heavy plates beyond what is shown, or coached classes, inspect that requirement personally.

It may be a poor choice if the trip adds too much traffic time, if your training hour is much busier than my Sunday visit, or if an unverified facility such as a shower is essential to your workday routine.

My trial-visit checklist

  • Visit at the same day and time you expect to train.
  • Check whether your main bench, rack, treadmill or machine is free.
  • Time your actual route and inspect the parking situation yourself.
  • Confirm the live membership price and branch eligibility in the Cult app.
  • Ask about lockers, showers, trainer support and platform rules if you need them.
  • Try to complete a normal workout, not just a five-minute tour.

A trial session exposes small problems quickly. You notice whether you keep waiting, whether the layout suits your exercise order, and whether the commute feels reasonable after a long day. Those details decide whether a membership gets used.

A short note on the food in this vlog

The video was also part of a change in my daily-vlog format. I wanted to share more useful detail instead of only short family clips. On this day my first meal was an iD high-protein dosa, I ordered a wrap in the afternoon, and I planned chicken breast for the evening.

I mentioned that future videos would show meals and macros more clearly, but I did not provide macro numbers for these meals in this recording. I am not estimating them here. The useful connection is routine: choosing a convenient gym is easier when it fits the rest of the day instead of becoming another long trip.

Is Cult Gym Sector 57 worth joining?

Based on my Sunday visit, Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon made a positive first impression. I found a sensible mix of dumbbells, benches, strength machines, cardio equipment and a lifting platform, and it felt less crowded than the Sector 56 branch I had been using.

My answer is still conditional. It is worth considering if the branch is close to you, your membership covers it, and it remains workable during your real training slot. Watch the walk-through, inspect the original photos, then do one properly timed trial. If the equipment you need is available and the commute stays easy, this could be a practical switch. If the weekday crowd changes the experience, keep comparing before you commit.
