Kaza Circuit Video: Langza, Hikkim, Komic, Key Monastery and Chicham Bridge
This Kaza circuit video follows the day as it happened, from the high villages above Kaza to Key Monastery and Chicham Bridge. We began at about 10:00 in the morning, covered Langza, Hikkim and Komic first, then used the remaining daylight for the monastery and bridge.
What this Kaza circuit video shows
The first part covers the village loop. Hikkim had the familiar red post-office point, postcard shops and a rough single-lane road section. Komic felt more like a short pause than a long attraction. We sat above the village, saw the cafe promoted as the world’s highest, and continued instead of stretching the stop.
The afternoon section shows the easier Key Monastery viewpoint we used near the main parking area. We walked beyond the washroom side and found a clear monastery backdrop without climbing to the higher ridge. Chicham Bridge came last. The gorge and structure were worth seeing, although a group blocking part of the working road for a dance video was irritating.
The useful details behind the footage
Our April conditions matter. The mountains were mostly dry with snow on higher ridges, seasonal services were limited, and the Chandratal-Manali side was closed during our visit. Five stops fitted into one day because we kept several halts short. Weather, road work, altitude and a slower group can change that plan.

My take after the drive
Key Monastery was the strongest visual stop for me. The village circuit was convenient, but a few points were brief and heavily dependent on the landscape. Pin Valley had stayed with me more. This route still made sense from a Kaza base, and the video shows both the good views and the ordinary moments without pretending every stop was spectacular.
