I visited Fitness Culture Gym, a Cult Elite gym in DLF Phase 3, with my membership,
scanned in through the Cult app and trained during the quieter lunch period. The
gym looked fresh and clean, the cardio setup was useful, and I had enough room to
work out without waiting. My concern was the strength section. Most machines needed
loose weight plates, and the arrangement looked much less comfortable for a crowded
evening session.

This Fitness Culture Gym DLF Phase 3 review is based on that visit and the workout
shown in my video. I checked the entrance, parking area, training floor, cardio
equipment, washrooms, shower, changing space and open storage racks. I didn’t visit
during peak hours, so I won’t pretend I know exactly how crowded it becomes after
work.

**Quick verdict:** it worked well for a quiet Cult Elite session, especially for
cardio and a basic mixed workout. I wouldn’t call it one of the strongest Elite
gyms I have used. If strength training is your priority, visit during your usual
workout time and check whether enough plates, benches and machines are actually
free.

## Watch my Fitness Culture DLF Phase 3 gym tour

The video shows the route, entrance, gym floor, cardio row, washrooms, changing
area and the plate-loaded strength machines I used. It is the clearest record of
the equipment and layout on the day of my visit.

## My experience at a glance

  | What I checked | What I found during my visit |
   | Access | I entered through my Cult Elite membership and scanned through the Cult system |
 | Location | DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, near the Guru Dronacharya Metro side |
 | Gym level | A single basement training floor |
 | Cleanliness | Fresh and clean during my lunch-time visit |
 | Crowd | Quiet at lunch; peak-hour crowd not personally tested |
 | Cardio | Several treadmills, cross trainers and exercise bikes |
 | Strength area | Many plate-loaded machines and limited built-in weight stacks |
 | Changing facilities | Separate washrooms, a changing area and shower facility |
 | Storage | Open racks were visible; I did not see a locker system |
 | Parking | Dependent on the nearby open plot during my visit, with mud and standing water outside |

## Finding the gym and the parking problem outside

The approach is easier to understand if you use Guru Dronacharya Metro Station as
the reference point. The gym sits inside DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, on the side reached
after turning off the route from the metro towards Delhi. The sign outside showed
Fitness Culture along with Cult branding.

A [current third-party listing](https://magicpin.in/Gurgaon/Sector-24/Fitness/Fitness-Culture-%7C-Phase-3-%7C-Cultfit/store/181c256)
identifies the address as NR 34, DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Gurugram. I would still
open the Cult app before leaving and follow the directions from the centre listing
there. That matters because the location was not easy to find through a normal map
search when I recorded the visit, and a gym can temporarily disappear from a membership
network or pause operations.

Parking was not a proper managed arrangement. I used the open area beside the building.
It was workable because the plot was empty, but there was standing water even though
it wasn’t the rainy season. In heavy rain, the mud could make the walk from the
car unpleasant. If that plot is developed or blocked later, parking may become more
difficult.

## The basement floor felt clean and new

Fitness Culture Gym is on a single basement level. It had opened recently when I
visited, and that showed in the condition of the floor, mirrors and machines. Nothing
looked heavily worn. The dark ceiling, geometric strip lights and long mirrored
walls made the room brighter than many basement gyms.

Cleanliness was one of the stronger parts of my visit. I went around lunch time,
when there were only a few people training, and the floor did not feel neglected.
The equipment area looked organised enough for that crowd level.

There is one limitation to that observation. A clean lunch session doesn’t prove
that the washroom, plates and benches stay in the same condition during the evening
rush. I would check again at the hour you actually plan to train. A gym can feel
completely different at 1 pm and 7 pm.

## Cardio equipment was the easier part of the setup

The cardio section had a useful row of treadmills along with cross trainers and
exercise bikes. I did not notice an equipment shortage in that area during my session.
There was also enough open floor around the cardio machines to get on and off without
squeezing past another member.

![Treadmills bikes and cardio equipment at Fitness Culture DLF Phase 3](https://
foodandtraveltales.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/fitness-culture-dlf-phase-3-cardio-
area-1.png)

The cardio section included treadmills, bikes and cross trainers.

The treadmills did not have individual entertainment screens in front of them. That
isn’t a deal-breaker for me, but it is one reason the place didn’t feel as premium
as the Elite label might suggest. If you normally watch a programme or follow a
long run using a built-in display, check this before choosing the centre.

An RO water point was placed close to the treadmill side. The washrooms were nearby
as well, so the practical layout made sense for a normal session.

## The strength section is where I had doubts

Fitness Culture Gym had plenty of strength equipment at first glance. There were
benches, racks and several machines arranged across the mirrored floor. The machines
were new enough that I had no mechanical problem while using them.

My issue was the type of loading. Most of the strength machines relied on loose
plates instead of built-in weight stacks. I saw a built-in stack on the chest-fly
machine, but many other stations needed plates to be carried and fitted manually.

![Plate-loaded strength machines at Fitness Culture gym Gurgaon](https://foodandtraveltales.
com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/fitness-culture-gurgaon-plate-loaded-machines-1.png)

Several strength stations depended on loose weight plates.

That is manageable when the floor is quiet. It becomes irritating when the gym is
busy. A machine can be empty but still unusable at your chosen load because the
available plates are sitting on another machine. I also didn’t see conveniently
placed plate trees beside every group of stations, so members may need to carry
plates from farther away.

Fitness Culture Gym could reduce that problem by keeping more plate storage close
to the machines or by using more selectorised equipment. Plate-loaded machines aren’t
bad by themselves. The weak point is the dependence on a shared plate supply during
the rush.

## Space was decent, but the layout could work harder

The training floor covered a fair area and didn’t feel tiny. A wide central section
had been left open, while some strength machines stood close together along the
sides. During my lunch session, that didn’t stop me from moving around.

I wasn’t convinced by the use of space. A little more distance between the strength
stations, with plates stored closer to the machines, would make the area easier
to use when several people are training at once. The open middle looked good in
a walkthrough, but the machine rows are where queues and plate sharing would happen.

![Open bag storage and strength floor at Fitness Culture DLF Phase 3](https://foodandtraveltales.
com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/fitness-culture-dlf-phase-3-open-storage-1.png)

Open storage racks beside the main training floor.

The mirrors helped with visibility, and the lighting gave the gym a sharp, modern
appearance. Open racks for bags were positioned near the training area. I didn’t
see lockable storage, so I would carry only what I need and ask the reception team
about valuables before leaving a phone, wallet or keys there.

## Washroom, shower and changing area

The men’s washroom I checked was clean. Separate men’s and women’s areas were located
near the cardio side, and a shower facility was available. The same compact section
also worked as the changing area.

It was sufficient while the gym was quiet. Peak time may be another story. The changing
and washroom space did not look large enough for many people to use comfortably
at once, especially if members are showering after work. I did not test the women’s
washroom, water pressure or hot-water availability.

## Cult Elite access was simple

I used a Cult Elite membership for this visit. The process was convenient: find
the centre in the Cult app, arrive, scan and start the session. That flexibility
is useful if you already move between different centres in Gurgaon.

Membership tiers, centre access and booking rules can change. Check the centre page
inside the Cult app before travelling, rather than assuming that an old video or
directory listing still reflects current access. I have not quoted a membership
fee because I did not buy a separate Fitness Culture plan during this visit.

If you want another first-hand comparison, my [Cult Gym Sector 57 Gurgaon review](https://foodandtraveltales.com/cult-gym-sector-57-gurgaon-review/)
covers a different Cult centre and the practical issues I noticed there.

## Does this Cult Elite gym feel premium?

Not fully, at least from what I used. The new machines, clean floor and larger space
placed it above a cramped neighbourhood setup. The cardio choice was sensible, and
the gym looked good on camera.

The strength equipment kept my expectations in check. Heavy reliance on loose plates,
the lack of screens on the treadmills and the compact changing area felt closer
to a good Pro-level gym than a standout Elite facility. I have seen stronger equipment
at other Gurgaon gyms in the same broad membership class.

This is still a personal comparison, not a technical certification of the equipment.
Someone who mainly uses treadmills, bikes and a few basic machines may be satisfied.
Someone who trains seriously with multiple strength stations may care much more
about plate availability and peak-hour waiting.

## Who may like this gym

Fitness Culture Gym can suit a Cult member living around DLF Phase 3, Sector 24
or the Guru Dronacharya Metro side who wants a clean nearby centre. Lunch-time users
may get the best version of the gym: fewer people, free cardio machines and less
competition for plates.

I would be more cautious if your only available slot is the evening rush, you depend
on selectorised strength machines, or you need secure lockers. Visit once at the
exact time you plan to train. Look at the plate racks, count how many benches are
free and check whether the changing room feels comfortable before treating the Elite
label as the deciding factor.

## Questions people may have before visiting

### Is Fitness Culture DLF Phase 3 available through Cult Elite?

I accessed it through my Cult Elite membership during the recorded visit. Centre
access can change, so confirm the current membership eligibility inside the Cult
app before travelling.

### Is it close to Guru Dronacharya Metro Station?

The metro station is the useful landmark I followed for the approach to DLF Phase
3. Check the current route in the Cult app because the final turn and local lane
are easier to miss than a gym located directly on a main market road.

### Does the gym have showers?

A shower facility was available when I visited. The men’s washroom and changing
section were clean at lunch time, although the area looked compact for a busy period.

### Are lockers available?

I saw open storage racks inside the gym but did not find a lockable locker system
during my walkthrough. Ask reception if secure storage has been added or is available
elsewhere.

### What is the main weakness?

For me, it was the dependence on loose plates across many strength machines. That
wasn’t a big problem during a quiet workout, but it could slow a session when the
gym and plate supply are busy.

## My honest take after training here

I had a perfectly usable lunch-time workout. The centre was clean, the cardio machines
were available, and the Cult check-in process was quick. The fresh equipment and
lighting gave it a pleasant first impression.

I left with reservations about the Elite positioning. The plate-loaded strength
setup needs better plate availability and storage to work smoothly in a crowd. Parking
also depended on an untidy open plot rather than a proper facility.

I would use Fitness Culture Gym again if I were nearby and could train outside peak
hours. I wouldn’t join or renew a plan for this centre alone without testing an
evening session first.

## Fitness Culture DLF Phase 3 location

A current listing places Fitness Culture Gym at NR 34, DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Gurugram,
Haryana 122002. Check the Cult app for the latest operating status and access before
leaving, because centre availability and local parking can change.
